Today, on International Volunteer Day, Odesa expresses its gratitude to the dedicated team of volunteers and charitable organizations who are working alongside city services to address the aftermath of aggression. This was reported by the Odesa City Council press service.

Volunteers are always the first to step up, supporting those in need and warming their hearts with compassion:

  • NGO "Tenth of April" supported by UNHCR;
  • NGO "Winds of Change";
  • World Central Kitchen (WCK);
  • Hromada Hub;
  • Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS);
  • NGO "Life Food Odesa";
  • Charity Fund "Reach for the Sky";
  • Nova Ukraine;
  • Association "Council of Cities";
  • International Rescue Committee (IRC);
  • Dobrobat (All-Ukrainian Volunteer Construction Battalion);
  • UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA);
  • Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) in partnership with Howard G. Buffett Foundation (HGBF);

Special thanks go to the head of the charity fund "Reach for the Sky", advisor to the acting Odesa mayor Veronika Etnarovich, who coordinates the cooperation of NGOs with the city authorities. Such teamwork proves its effectiveness and ensures that help reaches everyone in need.
