The municipal enterprise «Heat Supply of Odesa» announces the completion of preparatory work on the city's boiler houses for the start of the heating season.
For the autumn-winter period of 2024-2025, energy specialists have prepared 156 boiler houses located throughout Odesa. All equipment has undergone testing and regulatory checks and is now ready to supply heat to residential buildings and social institutions.
Specialists carried out various levels of work including the repair of heating networks, boilers, combustion systems, pumps, gas and heat pipelines, chimneys, and other equipment used for heat production.
All small boiler houses are equipped with generators to ensure uninterrupted operation. Work is ongoing at facilities where cogeneration machines are being installed with the assistance of the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and UNDP Ukraine.
At the district boiler house «North-2», new chimneys and gas ducts are being installed. This project is funded by UNICEF.
