Yesterday, the anniversary concert of «Odesa's Violins» took place in Vienna.

This significant event gathered the most talented performers on the stage of the Austrian capital, continuing a cultural tradition that has become a symbol of Odesa.

The festival was founded ten years ago by Igor Pokrovsky and has become an important part of Odesa's cultural life. «Odesa's Violins» carry on the legacy of the renowned educator Peter Stolyarsky, who trained many exceptional musicians.

«This concert in Vienna is our way of thanking for the support of Odesa and Ukraine during this challenging time. We are grateful to Austria for its solidarity, and it is a great honor for us to present Odesa's culture at such a high level. Odesa has always been the cultural capital of Ukraine, and we are doing everything possible to preserve its unique creative heritage for future generations,» said Odesa's Mayor Gennady Trukhanov at the festival's opening.

The festival continues to strengthen cultural ties between Odesa and Vienna, gifting the world with new musical talents and showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the Ukrainian city.
