The team at the Primary Health Care Center No. 16 in Odesa continues to show resilience and initiative in charitable actions amid the war.
On December 17, supported by the Health Department of the Odesa City Council, they organized the thirteenth blood donation drive as part of the «Donor Odesa» project.
Under the leadership of the center's director, Hanna Pavleha, a group of regular donors has formed within the team, eagerly participating in this vital initiative to support our defenders and all those in need.
Seventeen employees from the PHCC No. 16 took part in the blood donation. One donation can save up to three lives.
The demand for donor blood has remained high since the beginning of the war. Thanks to the «Donor Odesa» project, over 14,000 donations have been made, saving thousands of lives of both soldiers and civilians.
The City Department of Information is actively promoting blood donation, utilizing the telegram channel «Odesa.Official», the MISTO mobile application, and other media resources to inform the public about current blood needs.
