You can now apply for marriage registration online.
No need to visit the registry office in person. With just a few clicks on the Diia portal, you can submit your application and choose the location, time, and format of the ceremony.
To do this, you need to:
- log in to your account on the Diia portal and navigate to the «Family» section;
- select the service «Marriage Application»;
- fill out the application and choose the time and place for registration;
- pay the administrative fee;
- sign the application with an electronic signature;
- ensure your partner logs into their account on the portal, accesses the application via the email link, and signs it with their electronic signature.
After this, the chosen registry office will send you a confirmation and details about the ceremony via email.
The process of submitting an online application takes less than 15 minutes.
This service is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with support from the European Union as part of the EU4DigitalUA project.
