In 2024, the communal enterprise «Housing and Utility Service «Cheryomushki» carried out extensive repair work on its buildings.
At the request of residents, the specialists performed the following work: roof repairs - 1400 sq.m, including slate roofs - 300 sq.m; replacement of drainage systems - 60 p/m; entrance repairs - 1 unit; replacement of central heating pipelines - 234 p/m; repairs of cold water supply pipes - 188 p/m; storm sewer repairs - 20 m; electrical network updates - 880 p/m; current repairs of the sewage system - 500 p/m.
Additionally, in response to enemy attacks, glazing of entrances was performed - 50 sq.m.
Moreover, janitors maintain cleanliness in the courtyards every day. Cleaning is done twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, picking up litter, washing trash bins, etc.).
The utility workers also mow the grass, trim trees, collect fallen leaves, and tend to flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings. If necessary, they participate in citywide clean-up days, eliminating unauthorized dumps and the consequences of enemy attacks.
