In Odesa, two fires occurred within a day, injuring three people, two of whom were hospitalized. This was reported by the State Emergency Service.
Last night, a fire broke out in a single-story private house on Solyana Street in the Peresyp district. The fire was promptly extinguished. As a result of the incident, a man and a woman (both born in 1953) were injured; the man was hospitalized, while the woman refused hospitalization.
The cause of the fire and the damage are currently under investigation. The emergency response involved 1 unit of equipment and 5 firefighters, as well as 1 unit of equipment and 4 personnel from the Municipal «Diving and Rescue Service».
The second incident occurred in the Khadzhibey district on Krajny Street, where a summer kitchen caught fire. This fire was also quickly extinguished.
«As a result of the fire, a man (born in 1961) was injured and hospitalized. The cause of the fire and the damage are currently being determined. The response included 2 units of equipment and 8 firefighters» - stated the service.
